Removal and relocation
WRONG WALL? LET’S MOVE IT.
Old mount down. New spot up.
I take down an existing TV and mount as a priced add-on of $49. To move the TV, that add-on pairs with a new install: the standard install of $229, or $199 if we reuse your old mount. Patching the old holes is not included. *Most standard jobs. Basic mount included. Specialty installations and additional work may cost extra. Final price confirmed before installation.
What gets left behind
THE HOLES DON’T LEAVE WITH THE MOUNT.
When a mount comes off, it leaves holes where the lag bolts went into the studs, and sometimes extra holes from the last installer’s anchors. They are usually small and patchable, but patching and painting are not part of the removal add-on. Plan for a bit of spackle and touch-up paint, or a painter.

Relocation
REMOVAL PLUS A NEW INSTALL.
Relocating a TV is two jobs in one visit: I take the TV and mount off the old wall, then hang it on the new one as a regular install. If the old mount is in good shape and suits the new wall, we can reuse it at the own-mount price. If not, the standard install includes a new basic tilt mount.
The new wall follows the normal rules: drywall over wood studs is standard, and brick, fireplaces or wire hiding are add-ons.
