Cane Bay is a planned community in Berkeley County that started in 2005, so many homes here are newer builds with drywall over wood studs. That is exactly what my standard install is built for: I find the studs, we agree the height, and the mount goes into wood, not just drywall.

A lot of newer Cane Bay homes have a gas fireplace with a drywall surround. Mounting above it on drywall is a priced add-on, $79, and it includes a heat and height check before I drill. WHAT TO EXPECT IN CANE BAY

You book online, pick an arrival window, and I show up inside it. Windows run Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM, in four 3-hour blocks, and you can book from 24 hours ahead. A $50 deposit holds your window and comes off the total.
